Programmes will be written up with you and your baby’s health and safety as the number one priority, ensuring you can continue to keep fit during your pregnancy without any fear of training incorrectly.
Exercise helps the growth of the baby, decreases maternal symptoms maintains fitness limits weight gains and can shorten labour.
Keeping fit will help you recover quickly from child birth and better prepare you for the challenges of a motherhood.
The pre-natal sessions will focus on functional exercises to improve movement, strength, increase pelvic floor movement, decrease lower back pain and improve posture and balance.
These sessions focus on rebuilding your core strength after giving birth they will also help improve posture, balance and co-ordination and include functional exercises to help increase strength.
Post natal training will help with your post partum recovery.
This training will be fun, supportive and understanding approach to training at a time when your body must be treated with respect and care gradually re-energising you back to full fitness.
